1. Data controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the data controller is Onlinvite. This notice explains the purposes for which the personal data you share with our platform is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and what your rights are. Contact: iletisim@onlinvite.com
2. Personal data processed
When you place an order we process your full name, phone number, e-mail address and the details that will appear on your invitation (names, date, venue). When you open an account we additionally process an irreversibly stored representation of your password; the password itself is never stored. Because payment is handled manually over WhatsApp, card details never enter our platform.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed in order to create your order, prepare your invitation, contact you and meet statutory retention obligations. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of a contract. Details of third parties that appear on the invitation (such as guest names) are entered by you; the duty to inform those people rests with you.
4. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed only by the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (hosting, database, e-mail delivery). Transfers to public authorities legally entitled to receive them are reserved.
5. Retention period
Order records are kept for the retention period prescribed by the applicable legislation. Unpaid orders older than thirty days are deleted automatically. When you delete your account your personal data is deleted; records that give rise to financial or legal retention obligations are kept for the period prescribed by law.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to those third parties, to object to a result reached against you through analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You may send requests concerning your rights to iletisim@onlinvite.com. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
